Look out for an email
Alert confirmation your order is ready for pickup.
Head to your store with your ID
and pick up your order at the designated in-store area.
Once you receive your “Ready to Pick Up” email or text,
you can pick up your order anytime before the store closes. Please check our store hours here.
If you’d like for Saks OFF 5TH to send you a text message to notify you
once your order is ready for pickup, select the “Text me when my order is ready” option at checkout.
If you place an order online, you’re the primary pickup person.
You may also ‘Add a Pickup Person’ at checkout. You or the additional pickup person
must have a printout of your “Ready to Pick Up” email or be prepared to show it
from your mobile device. A valid government-issued ID is required to pick up the order in store.
The “Ready to Pick Up” email will include the specific pickup area.
Once you arrive at the pickup location, notify one of our
team members that you’re picking up an order and your items will be brought to you.
A hold will be placed on your card once you check out
and your credit card will be charged when your order is ready for pickup.
You will have 7 full days after your order is ready for pickup to pick up your item(s)
before they are restocked and your card is refunded.
